My wife and I had our home burn down and in the peak of covid it was very difficult to purchase a home due to market being in high demand with people from NYC wanting to move out of the city over the covid outbreak. Johanna re assured us she would find us a home no matter what the current situation was. She took her time and was always on the look for upcoming homes and we were able to purchase a home with in a couple of weeks from the time our previous home burned down.
